Golden Hands Pilates: What our clients say

Image
What our clients say I had a great experience at Golden Hands Pilates. I booked a sports massage because my hips and lower back had become really tight from regular workouts, and the treatment made a noticeable difference. Ms. Sang took the time to understand where my discomfort was coming from and adjusted the massage to focus on the areas that needed the most attention. I especially recommend her if you're dealing with lower back pain or stiffness—she is incredibly skilled and helped me move much more comfortably afterward. The studio is clean, peaceful, and very welcoming, and everyone made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. You can tell the staff genuinely care about helping people feel better, not just getting them in and out. I'll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend Golden Hands Pilates to anyone looking for a high-quality sports or therapeutic massage.

Whether it stems from repetitive strain, poor movement patterns, past injuries, or simply the gradual wear and tear of daily life, the knee joint is particularly vulnerable. When any of these supporting structures become tight, weak, or imbalanced, the knee is forced to compensate. Over time, this compensation leads to discomfort, in...

Both of these activities, while enjoyable and highly beneficial for cardiovascular fitness, place repetitive stress on specific muscle groups, joints, and connective tissues. Over time, this stress can accumulate into pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, and even injury if not properly managed. Pickleball and tennis share several physical characteristics: quick lateral movements, sudden accelerations and decelerations, repetitive swinging motions, and frequent changes in direction. These actions heavily engage the calves, hamstrings, qua...
